This printer is amazing, and so is the seller. Printer offered was no longer available, but they made every effort to contact me and inform me of all the information needed so that I could make the right choice with the replacement printer. I even called back because I thought of something later and they were just as eager to answer questions as they were the first time.To the printer: I did receive the TM-350, and I did have issues with installing the ink cartridges. They literally would not go in. I made a quick call to Canon, and I got the best service tech on the phone. After we tried a couple different things, she immediately made a service appointment and ordered an entire ink system that was delivered the next day. The service technician called early the next morning to let me know he was in the area and to call him as soon as the delivery driver delivered the ink. He was here not long after the delivery was made and was able to get it going without installing the new system. So, just know the ink cartridges can be tricky. The directions state that you shouldn't press too hard, but you may have to apply a little pressure for them to go in correctly.Overall, this is a wonderful printer. Colors are vivid, and the ink consumption is average. You may have to play with the paper settings to get the right output, but that's normal when there are so many options for media. Print speed is fair. The printing process is seamless, so you can do other things while it prints. And of course, it depends on what you're printing. If it's a full color banner, you should expect it to take a little longer than something with less background.And yes, the printer is huge! Look at the measurements prior to purchasing. It's also pretty heavy.This was a great option for the money. I would give it all green checks.
