The seller is great - it is just Canon does not provide a product that lives up to their claim. I haven't been satisfied with any of the Canon Toner Cartridges used for the Canon MF810 as they don't last nearly 1/4 of what Canon states. Time for me to ditch that printer and move away from Canon.The product works just like the original one purchased with the printer. Hope Amazon could provide some refurbished ones at a lower price.
