I am so happy that this printer was available for my purchase! It is the same make/model that I have been using for nearly ten years, and I just LOVE IT.I am sure that my first one would STILL be working had I NOT tried bargain ink cartridges. They seemed to work well for a while, and I was so glad to get cartridges at a lower cost than the Canon cartridges - but then, I think that it leaked and destroyed my favorite printer. But at least, I could buy the printer again! I have learned that this printer doesn't perform with lower cost ink cartridges, so I am now back to the genuine Canon-made ones. More costly, but necessary, if I want to keep my printer working well.A great printer. Very happy purchase.
