Worked, fine and installed easily.The one that came with the printer didn't last long, and the replacement was expensive. I don't mind paying to maintenance my printers, but this is outrageously expensive for what it is.This is my third ink waste tray I have bought. They are easy to exchange, but they are overpriced and you cant send them back. It is not eco friendly.I had a canon pro1 and those are really a nightmare if your tray gets full.Super easy to install and worked perfectly the first time with our Canon- IPF 605Made by Canon - the real thing, obviously works!It works with my plotter and cost way less than Canon dealers. I would of gave 5 stars but there was Styrofoam piece all over the filter.this is one of those things about inkjet printers that you just have to deal with. cleaning wastes ink and this is where it ends up. you have to clear it out when it says so you don't gunk up the printheads. that said, this item is simple to change out and not too expensive. the printhead on the other hand is far more expensive than I would like.Works as expectedI'm sure these have a timer on as I have to get one every year regardless of how much ink I've used. It's impossible to clean and you can't get around the error/replace message. Can't help thinking it's a way of making you spend more money on the printer, as if the inks aren't expensive enough!It's an empty plastic pot which collects ink and costs £40 odd.It's damn expensive but what are you going to do?
